Band D: £24,546 - £27,774 per annum

Liaise with suppliers to aid in the development and agreement of ICT contracts and external Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for ICT Services delivered to both Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies, analyse key performance indicator information and make recommendations for service improvements, and ensure best value from all 3rd party ICT services. A key part of this role will be the further development of the ICT Departments Contract’s Database and Forecasting capabilities.
It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:
- ITIL Foundation Certificate v2/v3
- Demonstrate effective analytical skills
- Proven ability to work as an effective member of a team
- Demonstrate good written communication skills with proven ability to write reports, processes and work procedures using MS Office
- Proven experience with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of ICT service level management in a large organisation
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of contract and supplier management
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact successfully at all levels
- Full driving licence with the ability to travel as required throughout Norfolk and Suffolk and to remote and sensitive locations as appropriate.
It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria:
- ITIL Service Level Management Practitioner
- Knowledge and experience of Crystal report writing products

Hours of work are 37 per week Monday to Friday. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
Consideration will be given to whether the post can be delivered on either a part time or job share basis, in line with the organisational requirements of this role.
