Band C: £19,521 to £21,999 per annum/pro rata

An opportunity has arisen to join the Criminal Justice Department Safety Camera Team as Partnership & Community Speed Watch Administrator, based at Carmelite House, Norwich.

The role will predominately involve providing overall administrative support assisting the Road Safety and SafeCam Manager deliver the required level of service to the public and Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies as well as supporting the Safety Camera Partnership board and administering the Community Speed Watch schemes throughout Norfolk.

Whilst initially advertised as part time there is scope in the future for these hours to increase.

It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Basic keyboard skills and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate ability to take minutes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Previous office/administration experience
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Risk Assessments
  • Ability to travel

It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria:

  • Experience of data collation

Hours of work are 15 per week.  This post is offered on a permanent basis.
