Misconduct Hearing
Name of Officer: Police Constable 193 Samuel Robinson
Hearing date / time: Monday 5th October 2026 to Friday 9th October 2026. The start time on Monday 5th October will be 10:00 hours.

Summary of conduct alleged:
It is alleged that on 1st June 2021 whilst on duty in Suffolk, the officer caused injuries amounting to actual bodily harm whilst arresting a male member of the public. The injuries were caused as a result of the male being struck to the head with the butt of a Taser as well as being kicked.

This is a public hearing and as such the public and members of the media are permitted to attend.
