Summary of conduct alleged:
On 24th March 2025, the officer was found in possession of prescribed medication – namely Tramadol, an opiate medication and class C controlled drug, which was not prescribed to them.
It is alleged that this conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
- Discreditable Conduct
- Orders and Instructions
It was determined that the allegations should be heard at a misconduct hearing.
