Misconduct Hearing
Name of Officers: Former Police Constable 371 Benjamin HART
Hearing dates / time: Monday 10th to Friday 14th February 2025. The start time on Monday 10th February 2025 will be 10:00 hours.

Summary of conduct alleged:
In April 2022 the officer attended a ‘leaving do’ in Ipswich with Ms A. Following this the officer had penetrative sex and it is alleged that she was too intoxicated to consent to this sexual activity. In September 2023 the officer sent unwelcome sexually inappropriate messages to Ms B. Following this he sent further unwanted videos which PC B believed were intended to be sexually suggestive.

This is a public hearing and as such the public and members of the media are permitted to attend.
