Title

Public consultation

Our mission, as outlined in the Police and Crime Plan is to:

  • improve the satisfaction of our customers
  • reduce anti-social behaviour
  • reduce the crimes that cause harm to our communities
  • build the confidence of our communities.

The views of the public we serve are very important to us and we are keen to hear feedback from all members of the community on what you think about the way we police your county.

We have commissioned SMSR, a market research company, to conduct user satisfaction surveys on our behalf. These will measure the satisfaction of users who require the services of Suffolk Constabulary by reporting crime and will help to shape policing in the future.

We also carry out a programme of consultation with the public on a wide range of policing issues, via surveys, focus groups and engagement with specific minority groups to ensure the views of the public are represented across all communities.

Survey results and general feedback relating to public consultation will be reported on this page.

If you have any questions relating to public consultation or would be interested in giving your views please contact your local SNT here.
