Corporate Development and Change
The Corporate Development and Change Department consists of:
- Corporate Development & Strategic Planning – Oversight and development of the Strategic and Service Planning function using an outcome based budgeting approach to ensure the delivery of the Change Programme encompassing: the digital strategy, benefits realisation, risk management and corporate governance / reporting.
- Corporate Governance & Programme Management - Coordinating the delivery of Outcome Based Budgeting to develop the overarching Change Programme and maintaining robust governance on all matters regarding; change, risk management, and policy / procedure.
- Business Applications & Quality Assurance – Coordinating the delivery of the Digital Strategy for business applications and enabling technologies.
- Project Delivery – ensuring the delivery of the Change Programme by project management and business analysis professionals using Continuous Improvement / Systems Thinking and PRINCE / AGILE methodologies.
