The best way to report a website error is to contact us directly, via the online Contact Us form, selecting 'Website feedback' from the drop-down menu. The team responsible for the upkeep of the site will then deal with your problem.

Sometimes, you’ll be able to solve the problem yourself, so before contacting us:

• Make sure you have typed the web address correctly. Check the address and spelling, ensuring that it does not contain capital letters or spaces.
• Make sure you are using a recent version of your browser and that you have Java and Flash installed on your computer.
• Check you have the correct plugins needed for some interactive elements of the site. These are: Flash Player, Apple QuickTime and Adobe Reader.
