Tell the police
We are committed to making Suffolk safer, but in order to do
this we need your help.
We rely on information from the local community to help solve
crime, so if you know anything that could be of interest to the
police, please use our contact enquiry form and select ‘Tell the
police’ from the drop down menu.
Please include as much detail as you can on the form, such as
the basic details of the incident, including names, addresses or
location details.
Information reported to us via ‘Tell the Police’ will be
monitored between 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and any information
you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Please note, if you are a victim of crime and want to report it
online you can use our online crime reporting form. Alternatively,
you can call 101.
If
you need immediate assistance always dial 999. You should dial 999
when life is threatened or people are injured, or if there is a
crime in progress or an immediate police response is
necessary.
