Stowmarket assault appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted on Poplar Hill, Stowmarket.

On Wednesday 25 January at 7.30am the male victim was cycling up the hill and was pushed by a male passenger in a car travelling up the road. Further up the hill, at the junction of Webb Road, the victim was assaulted by five men who got out of the vehicle.

The victim sustained a cut to his head and bruising from the incident.
