Robbery appeal - Ipswich

Police are appealing for information following a robbery in
Ipswich.
The incident happened at approximately 11pm on Wednesday 14
November in Bramford Road, near to the junction with Beaufort
Street. The crime was not reported to police until late
morning on Thursday 15 November.
A 39-year-old male was cycling along the road, as
he approached a group of five men, they surrounded him. The
group demanded money and assaulted the victim, causing him to fall
to the ground. He awoke to find his phone, an amount of cash and
his bike had been stolen.
The victim sustained bruising to the face and body, as a result
of the incident.
The first offender is described as a black man, approximately
22-years-old, approximately 5'11" tall, of a medium build, had
short black hair and was wearing a grey hooded top, grey jogging
bottoms and white trainers.
The second offender is described as a man of Asian appearance,
approximately 22-years-old, approximately 5'11" tall, of a 'stocky'
build, had short black hair and was wearing a blue jacket with dark
coloured corduroy jeans.
The third, fourth and fifth offenders are described as black men
and aged late teens.
