Man threatened with knife

Police are appealing for information after a man was threatended
with a knife in an Ipswich robbery.
The incident happened in the foyer of a communal flat in
Franciscan Way at approximately 9.30am on 27 November.
Two offenders standing in the entrance threatened a 24-year-old
man with a small knife. An amount of cash was stolen from the
victim. The offenders ran off into the street towards Cromwell
Square.
The victim was not injured from the incident.
The first offender is described as a man of African Caribbean
appearance, between 5'7" and 5'8" tall, aged late teens to early
twenties, had braided hair and was wearing a dark coloured
tracksuit hooded top and black trainers.
The second offender is described as a white man, between 6'1"
and 6'2" tall, of a very slim build, had brown eyes, appeared to
have a 'broken nose' and was wearing a dark coloured flat-peak hat,
a hooded tracksuit top with matching tracksuit bottoms and dark
coloured trainers.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is asked to
call Ipswich Priority Crime Team on 101 or
Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
