Man charged with knife offences in Felixstowe

Police have arrested and charged a 27 year old man in connection with knife offences in Felixstowe.

The arrest was made on Monday 25 March when police had reason to search him on Queen Street in the town.

Officers recovered three knives and a knuckle duster and bladed pen. He was taken to Marltesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

27 year old Joshua Warby of Elizabeth Way in Trimley St. Mary was charged with five counts of possession of an offensive weapon.

He was released on bail and is due to appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court on Tuesday 9 April.
