SPA - Suffolk Police Authority

The Suffolk Police Authority (SPA) is an independent body made up of local people who oversee the work of Suffolk Constabulary. The SPA have a range of financial and legal powers but their principal responsibility is to maintain an efficient and effective police service in Suffolk.
