AVLS - Automatic Vehicle Location System

Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVLS) links each police car to the Force Operations Room (FOR), which deals with emergency and non-emergency calls.

The satelite navigation system allows the FOR to send directions direct to the car, improving response times to incidents across Suffolk.
