This might include a complaint about a Suffolk Police policy or
procedure, or even about the level of service provided in response

If you have such a comment, you can make it known by either:
• visiting your local police station where you can tell a member
of staff or obtain and complete a FREEPOST comments card, or
• contacting your local Inspector on
101. All local Inspector details can be found on
our Safer
Neighbourhood Team pages together with email addresses for each
Safer Neighbourhood Team.
• telephoning the force’s central telephone answering service on
101. They will connect you to someone who will make a note of your
comment, or
• telephoning 0800 0282067 and leaving a recorded message.
We will:
• Record the details.
• Analyse all the comments made and where appropriate, change
the way we do things.
• Offer an explanation or apology where appropriate.
• Consider how we can use your comments to improve our
service.
