Our partners
Suffolk Police works closely with other agencies in order to
effectively tackle crime and anti-social behaviour.
Partner agencies carry out invaluable work in the communities we
serve and are absolutely key to improving the quality of life for
everyone.
The Crime and Disorder Act of 1998 set out a legal framework
upon which agencies, including the police, county and district
councils and health services must work together.
Following the introduction of the Act, agencies in
Suffolk's districts formed Crime and Disorder Reduction
Partnerships (CDRPs).
All the agencies working within the wider County Strategic
Partnership and the CDRPs are working to achieve the goals and
targets set out in this document.
