You can use our online crime form to report theft and criminal damage.

IMPORTANT: Do not use this form if you can answer yes to any of the following questions – please dial 999 immediately:

  • The crime is happening now.
  • The offender is still there or nearby.
  • Evidence has been left at the scene.
  • Vulnerable, elderly or young victims are involved.
  • The crime is of a violent or sexual nature.

Your completed form will be sent to our Central Crime Desk (opening hours 8am to 12am). When you have submitted the form you will receive a unique reference number. If you are the victim of the crime, a letter will be sent to you from Suffolk Constabulary, detailing the crime number.
