Suffolk Police Authority Three-Year Plan 2010 to
2013
Suffolk
Police Authority has issued the final version of its Three
Year Plan for 2010-13, setting out the priorities for policing
Suffolk for the next three years.
The Plan details the joint
Authority and Suffolk Constabulary Vision, Mission and Values,
together with their Strategic Ambition for the next three
years.
It takes local and national
influences into account, balancing these with force priorities and
financial constraints. Key priorities for
this year are grouped under the headings of ‘Confidence and
Satisfaction’, ‘Local Crime and Policing’ and ‘Protecting People
from Serious Harm’. The Authority agrees a range of local
performance indicators to consistently monitor the performance of
the Constabulary. Targets are set for each of the indicators and
these, together with a range of Objectives and Activities, are how
the Constabulary will achieve its priorities in
2010/11. Suffolk Police
